Louise Greig is a poet and children’s author whose first children’s picture book, The Night Box, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize, The Teach Primary Book Awards and the Klaus Flugge Prize. It was also awarded a Kirkus star in the US and was named La Cultura book of the year in France. Two of her books, The Night Box and Sweep, have been nominated for the Kate Greenaway Medal. Louise lives in Scotland.

Sarah Massini is an award-winning illustrator of many books for children including The Velveteen Rabbit, Star in the Jar, and The Girl and the Dinosaur.
She had successful careers in corporate design and as an art editor of children’s books. She started illustrating after her son was born. Sarah lives in Sussex.
