Lari Don

Lari Don spent ten childhood years living beside a distillery, a river and a railway line, giving her lots of opportunities for incredibly dangerous outdoor games. She was the Scottish National Party’s Press Officer for many exciting and sleepless years and then a researcher and producer at BBC Radio Scotland. Lari won the Canongate Prize in 2001. She now lives in Leith, and is a full-time children’s writer and storyteller.Eilidh Muldoon has an undergraduate degree in Art History and went on to study MFA illustration at Edinburgh College of Art, where she returned as Illustrator in Residence the year after graduating. She now teaches illustration part time at the college and works freelance from her wee studio. Much of Eilidh’s work is inspired by the city of Edinburgh and even though she grew up there, she never tires of exploring the streets, drawing the buildings and people she sees.
