A lifelong interest in wine propelled him to become the youngest ever British sommelier at Le Gavroche, the Roux brothers world famous restaurant in London’s Mayfair. He then became a wine buyer for Tesco, at one point buying more Italian wines than any other human being on the planet. Davy currently buys wine and champagne for over one million customers worldwide a year for one on the UK’s largest online wine retailers. Davy lives in London and, in his spare time, is a passionate snowboarder.
