The Fast Men
Tom McNab
Butch Cassidy and Sundance make way, here come Buck Miller and Billy Joe Speed, the fastest men in the West – but not with their guns. With their coach and mentor, the Honorable Professor Moriarty, they con their way from Kansas City to Mexico in 1870s America. They don’t play by the rules and sometimes only their vaunted speed gets them out of town ahead of the lynch mob. Packed with characters and incident, and no small amount of historical detail The Fast Men is Tom McNab’s follow up novel to the brilliant Flanagan’s Run, published by Sandstone Press in 2014.

New York Times; This is an engrossing look at theatrical life and the foot-racing phenomenon in the American West during the 1870s.' – Publishers Weekly
