The Gorse in Bloom
Mary Withall
The end of the 19th century is approaching and bringing with it changes to the sheltered island community of Eisdalsa. David Beaton, the village doctor, struggles through a cholera epidemic, and as it passes, familiar faces return, bringing happiness for some and heartache and tragedy for others. “”The Gorse in Bloom”” is the second book in the successful “”Eisdalsa”” series.
