Matt Haig

Matt Haig is an internationally bestselling author whose novels for children and adults have been translated into 26 languages. His children’s books have won the Smarties Gold Medal, the Alex Award, and the Blue Peter Book Award, and been nominatedseveral times for the Carnegie Medal and the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize. He lives in Brighton, England, with his wife and two children.Chris Mould went to art school at the age of sixteen. He has won the Nottingham Children’s Book Award and been commended by the Sheffield Children’s Book Award. He loves his work and likes to write and draw the kind of books that he would have liked to have had on his shelf as a boy. He is married with two children and lives in Yorkshire.Matthew Fitt is a novelist and poet as well as a translator. An acknowledged expert in the field of Scots language education, Matthew was winner of the Outstanding Contribution to Children’s Books award at the 2020 Scottish Book Trust Awards. He has written numerous children’s books and translated a number of titles into Scots including Roald Dahl’s The Eejits and Geordie’s Mingin Medicine, David Walliams’ Mr Mingin and Billionaire Bairn and J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stane. He is a co-founder of and contributing author to the Itchy Coo imprint.
